what is the strictest law in your state about guns and if you use a gun to commit a crime... in florida its 10,20,life use a gun 10yrs shot the gun20 yr(even if you shot in the air)shoot someone 20-life ... its a great law....

yes it is!. I understand there are no shootings or armed robbery in all of Florida

look things up first tard, its actually legal in several states to shoot the cheating spouse, but not the cheatee.

We still have crime here in Fla. , but at least now we can defend ourselves in the street as well as our homes with the
new carry permit laws.

In Texas, if you commit capital murder with a gun, you are eligible for capital punishment.

new york 1 year mandatory for possession. if you kill some one 25 to life. most of the time they plead it down.
