If they have an arrest warrant, they can if they have reason to believe the individual being sought is on the premises. For example, if they had talked to a neighbor and let him/her know they were looking to arrest the individual and the neighbor called the officer to let him/her know that individual was there.

If they find a door unlocked after no answer, then they will walk in. Don't matter if they have a search warrant or not, some cops like to think they are above the law...especially ones who have an arrest warrant, that means that the officers are looking for a certian suspect to arrest and have a testosterone rush and act like jerks,
EDIT:sorry trojan, "suspicious" is too broad a term to stop an officer from walking right in after he has no answer and can find a way in.

Police can enter a residence/building to make a lawful arrest pursuant to an arrest warrant if they have reason to believe the suspect is in the house/building.

Ever heard the phrase "You need a 'warrent' for that"
Well as you have listed there are different types of warrents.
Yes they can so long as it is stated in said warrent.
BTW Search warrent just implys a search, arrests can be made if anything illegal is found.
No answer then they can not enter unless they have "suspisious" reasons
