my son is 9 years old and his father has seen his son maybe 10 times in his whole life thanks 2 me. He never had time for him his entire life. He even moved acrossed the us from him. he wasnt even around when he was born. Now all of a sudden he wants custody of a son that he doesnt even know and is trying 2 use his position 2 get custody of my son. I am a great mother, im educated and he has everything right where he is. His father does make more money and hired a lawyer and he had me served with papers write after my mother died and the day b4 my birthday just 2 b evil. What would u do?

he was arrested for resisiting and obstructing,he also might be getting charged with threating a cops life.i dont know if he will do any time at all but if someone knows something please help,and if hes only charged with the obstructing,resisiting,will he do time please answer if you know something if not please dont its not a joke its vary serious we have kids to think about thank you.

I have a neighbor who walks by, and always looks in my windows. Not that I am exposing anything, but recently, she had asked me to move my stereo equipment because it was too close to her wall (we live in a townhouse). That creeps me out, because she had to really look to see where the equipment situated. Thoughts?

after losing yet another friend to a drunk driver and the four year old with her ,there has to be a way., the makers and taxes that are made just doesn't seem to justify all the deaths that are happening to good people

I heard a story that a clown hid in a kids closet for a little and played with these kids and jumped on the bed with them that had escpaed from an asylum. Supposedly he was found when he stood as a statute with a aplate on his hand and this woman that was house sitting while the parents where on a trip asked them about it and they all flipped and called the police and he was arrested. Just wondering if anyone heard about it or if it was just a scary story the guy swears it happened and I was looking for proof. Thanks all ^^

I was told today that If I moved then I would be charged with a felony of kidnapping and I could possible go to jail is there anyway to beat this! This man is crazy I live in Minnesota! My children's father has visitation rights to see the boy once a week! My next court date is not until March of 2007!

my bff put something on a myspace blog about my ex hitting me [its not true] and his mom found it. my bff deleted the myspace and made a new one without that blog. but because he knows me i'm getting all the blame and his mom is threatening to take this to the law and i'm gonna get in trouble. my friend apoligized to he and his mom and now we don't know if his mom is still going to do it. what could happen to us if she takes it to a lawyer?

P.S. she has the info printed out, so there's no erasing the situation.

A couple of weeks back a police office was killed in my town. He was 30 years old. He pulled over a guy for speeding and when he approached the car the drive shot the office once in the mouth severing his spine. Then the drive fired 4 more shots after the office hit the ground. The drive was captured a few days later and after several days in the hospital the office died. I think this punk that murder an office should be put to death! I am so outraged! His guys murdered his girlfriend in the 90s and was out after 6 years! What is going on in our country when killers are set free? Do you all agree that this monster deserves the death penalty?

I have an outstanding warrant, ( failure to appear ) I live in Niagara Falls, Ont. Am driving to Edmonton Alberta, but need to go the USA route, it's a lot shorter. When going over the border, would the US customs have access to that information ?
