my bff put something on a myspace blog about my ex hitting me [its not true] and his mom found it. my bff deleted the myspace and made a new one without that blog. but because he knows me i'm getting all the blame and his mom is threatening to take this to the law and i'm gonna get in trouble. my friend apoligized to he and his mom and now we don't know if his mom is still going to do it. what could happen to us if she takes it to a lawyer?

P.S. she has the info printed out, so there's no erasing the situation.

my girl did mention his first and last name, hence why his mom is so pissed.

Take it to the law and do what? Honey, if she was going to do something she would have done it already rather than stand around making empty threats.

She is just trying to teach you both a lesson, that's all.

Don't put anything online that you don't want the world to see, and don't tell lies about people.

If she is the vindictive type, she could go to a lawyer and file a law suit for slander if she can prove this blog ruined her son's reputation in the community. I hope your bf got a clue.

If the mom wants to sue for liable, unless his name was specifically mentioned, nothing can be done about it. Let mama cool off and next time keep sh.it like this at the phychiatrist office or the police station.

She's bluffing. Kids are dumb. No lawyer is going to take a case for some dumb kid saying some dumb thing.

Forget about it. You've done all you can. Your ex's mom just needs to get laid or something. Too much pent up frustration.

Listen to Phoenix.............as a mum this would more than likely what I would do JUST to give you a few mins of worry..........

Remember ANYTHING that is put on the internet is open to public viewing..............and with that in mind DONT let anyone have access to your myspace..............
