However, have a look at this which uses the % of all fatalities rather than the # of fatalities to rank the states:
The DOT Nat'l Highway Traffic Safety Admin. fact sheet on this topic is dated 2000. Page 7 shows their data. States where the % of all traffic fatalities involving alcohol is 50% or higher are:
Alaska, Mass., Rhode Island, & Texas.

You dont drink and drive until you are drunk so leave the car at home.......its true .
