There is no legal age limit. Some ones pulling your leg.
I however would consider giving it up when you're 16 or 17.
Halloween is made for the kids and not for anyone older than 16 or 17. Not saying you can't dress up and walk around, just hold off on the trick or treating for candy so the little guys can have it.

I've never heard of an age limit for trick or treating. Maybe the town you live in passed a special ordinance.

I dont htink there is a law. I went trick or treating a 2 years ago when I was 20. I admit thats too old. Now aday I leave it for the kiddies. But still me and my friends went every year clear up through high school. It is about having fun. now if your older, take a kid with you so people wont bust your balls to bad. LOL.

I decorate for Hallowen and most people think I have the scarest haunted house in my town and I get trick or treaters of all ages ( they just come to see my house) NO age limit so go out and scare someone LOL

There is no age limit on trick or treating, I'm 42 and I go with my nieces and nephews. GO have fun.
