my boyfriend and i left illinois to avoid him being arrested. will florida send him back if he were to get caught. he is being charged with burglaries. i am very scared. were having a baby now and we are in california now and they are sending him back to illinois. we just need to know what states would let us live freely.

My fiancée was put on probation and told that he could not call my HOUSE #, but he did so anyway because he couldn't bare to not talk to me for a year's time (until he turns 18 in June). He is noted to have a learning disability, dyslexic, and have ADHD, so he was not sent to court or charged with anything before he was put on probation. I was under the impression that he got a letter in the mail that stated he had violated his probation, but he did not. What could happen to him by the law? If he is sent to Juvenile Hall, how long could he serve? He has mentioned “disappearing” until he turns 21; an officer told him that at that age all charges would be dropped . What should he do?

Every time I watch the news, I see another story about all the wonderful things NASA is doing in outer space. I know, I know, it's all supposed to be very impressive and exciting. But to be honest, it just boils my blood. I am on probation in PA I am having lifeproblems that don't involve the law but needed to be with family. I left PA and went to Illinois to be with family hoping to make a new start. I personally think it would be a good idea providing they are microchiped to stop them coming back into the country. Otherwise it's just another example of how we throw money and luxuries at the immigrants! Can you imagine them going home....and telling people how they got a house (Fully furnished) and money for doing nothing and raped or murdered someone instead of being be-headed they were put in a luxury jail for a while before being given £2,500 and a free flight home to see their family!!! My god they'd bring the entire family back with them!!! They MUST be stopped from returning in their life time.....What do you think??????
