I saw it on Mythbusters-They busted the very common "penny in the mouth", theory as well as many others-All were myths busted, they concluded that a person cannot fool a breathalyzer. Don't try it.

Yes they tried it on Mythbusters and the discovered that there is no good way to get around it. I do wonder if they said something didnt work so that people did not try to do it in real life.
