my boyfriend and i left illinois to avoid him being arrested. will florida send him back if he were to get caught. he is being charged with burglaries. i am very scared. were having a baby now and we are in california now and they are sending him back to illinois. we just need to know what states would let us live freely.

all of them do. It's all part of the US. Cuba has no extradition policy with the US tho, and it's only a short swim.

All States in the United states will extradite you to another state. You say your in California if he has been arrested on Illinois warrants and he does not waive extradition, then the Governor for the state of Illinois will send a Governors Warrant to the Governer in California and then he will be returned to Illinois. This takes no more than 30 days.

All states and territories of the US extradite as well as most other countries. Go back and face the charges now. You don't want to be stopped for a minor traffic stop and have him halled away when the warrant is issued. Only a coward hides from responsibilities. You should think twice about being with someone who will run away. What might he do if the going gets tough when the baby is born?

I think all states would expedite. It's in their best interest to do this.
I think you mean extradite. All states will extradite. It's a two street thing.
