This form is a questionnaire in which a court wants personal info such as name, address, date of birth, etc. to be used in considering a person as a potential juror. The "subpoena" says that if the person doesn't respond they may be subject to a fine and/or prison. The reason the form says "Juror Subpoena Failure to Respond" is because previous questionnaires were not answered.

A reckless woman broad-sided into my car causing injury to my neck and spine; I can still walk. The cop ticketed me for failing to yield; his police report contained gaps & errors. I was not made aware of my legal right to trial by jury (violation of my civil right). The judge found me guilty beyond a reasonable doubt dedspite various testimonial inconsistencies. I earned an 'F' for the first time in one college class and a 'D' for tardiness in another. The DMV failed to transfer my registration from my salvage title car to my new truck and I'm being fined for not insuring a car that's illegal to drive on the road (because of the salvaged title/unrepaired vehicle). I feel extremely violent urges overcoming me and I can't think of a satisfactory alternative to breaking the law to make myself feel better. I have no money and even less patience for ignorance. Can you suggest a safe alternative to acting-out violence as a resolution to my angry/fury?

I knew that police corruption was bad, but it's even worse than I thought.

The police are as bad if not worse than the criminals they're supposed to protect us from look at this.

If someone really wants a plate number, they could just go to a Walmart parking lot and start writing them down. Is it really worth the effort to blur out all of them on TV?

Every so often, you hear on the news about a police officer being sent to prison for some crime or another. If a police officer, or a member of any branch of Law enforcement, get sent to prison, are they treated a LOT worse by inmates? Do the inmates regard them on the same level as they do child molestors and pedophiles? Or, would the gaurds, warden, and other members of the system try and keep that information quiet? I would imagine that any law enforcement agent being sent to prison, would probably regard that as the same thing as being given the death penalty.

Not public flogging in general, but as punishment for criminal offenses? The prison system is just way too overcrowded, so for various, semi-non-violent crimes I think the penalty should be public beatings. Just like over in Singapore where they have the public canings. Remember that? Singapore has an extremely low crime rate. For violent offenders, they should lock them up and then cane them.

Stanley Tookie Williams III (December 29, 1953 – December 13, 2005), was an early leader of the Crips, a notorious American street gang which had its roots in South Central Los Angeles in 1969. In December 2005 he was executed for the 1979 murders of Albert Owens, Yen-Yi Yang, Tsai-Shai Lin, and Yee-Chen Lin. Witnesses testified that Williams referred to the victims in conversations with friends as "Buddha-heads", a derogatory term for Asians.

While in prison, Williams refused to aid police investigations with any information against his gang, and was implicated in attacks on guards and other inmates as well as multiple escape plots.

Despite the attempts of some individuals to claim Tookie was rehabilitated, Tookie never expressed remorse or regret for his vicious crimes.
