The City I live in is not helping the people who live here and it's the law that the have to assist us with relocation for the displacement for redevelopment and closure of our rental. It's the law, how do I get them to start following the law, they are not above it, Ca Code Gov 7260-7277

On April 14th 2004, the Polk County Sheriff's Department came to serve a body only warrant on someone who resided in my home. During which time this person locked himself in the bedroom and refused to come out. So, they (The Polk County Sheriffs Department) proceed to tear my house apart. He asked several times to speak with me, but the sheriffs department refused to let me speak with him. There was no negotiator on scene to try and talk this person out of the bedroom. In the aftermath of this whole thing I ended up rebuilding one wall of my home, my life, and also ended up cleaning the mess up left from this incident. Not only is the person now dead. My family and I are now living without a father and a companion. I do believe that there is an injustice done to my family and I. I would like to have a consultation with you or one of your lawyers to see if there is a legitimate case against the sheriffs department. I would greatly appreciate a reply from you regarding this matter either by phone or email. Thank you very much for your cooperation and quick response in this matter.

shouldn't that mean that they should be entitled to their right of marrying whoever makes them happy? Why don't people realize this? And they are not harming anyone or taking away from anyone's rights by doing it.

I live in the area where all the universities are. The students are loud and disrespectful of the area in which we live. (trash everywhere!) Who do I contact to make them stop? The Mayor's office? (No, I do not know who their landloard is)

I'm watching Dateline NBC and CANNOT come to grips with all of these sick men fantasizing about young children, some as young as 13.

Why aren't our laws more brutal for this scum? There's a few that live around me. You can find them on your state website - sex offender registry.

This is sick.

A cop pulled my friend over in June of 06 for speeding. He searched the car and found just under an ouce of marijuana along with a grinder, a "one hitter", and other forms of paraphanelia. His reason for searching the car was because she had just dropped off someone at a suspected drug dealers home. The person suspected of being a drug dealer is not a dealer, the cop just thought they were. The cop didn't give my friend a ticket that night for anything... He just said that he would be in contact with her. He impounded the car and told her to pay the fine and she would get her car back. When she showed up the cop took the money and told her to tear up the paperwork from the night before. She hasnt recieved any word from the cop about that night, no paperwork, nothing at all. How long does that cop have until he isnt able to give her a ticket or take any kind of action?

im just not buying the notion that having a gun will keep out intruders or make you safer at home. its far more likely that a kid will get a hold of it and shoot someone, or the it will go off accidentally, or the owner mistakes a friend or family member as an intruder....i wont even go into guns used for suicide........im open to be wrong on this, but i wish you a lotta luck finding anything to prove it.

racial profiling
planting evidence
beating civilians
shooting civilians
etc...

All officers who are about to reply with some insulting resentment should just save your breath. I'm only going to laugh at your responses.
