When you do time you are given good time which is day for day which means that the person would do half of 365 days.Although if the person doesn't behave the person could do the full 365 days.

About 2/12- 3 months I think. It's like 1 week for every month. One of my fellow employees has to spend 30 days starting tomorrow and they told him if he was a good boy he could be out in 3 weeks.

I don't know. Most County Jails and Prisons in Utah don't believe in "good time"

Good time would be one year, bad time is something less.
