I got a friend who's employer skipped town suddenly, screwing over dozens of employees, some whom invested a lot of money in the business. the had fake names, emptied their bank accounts so checks bounced, basically dissapeared without notice. They owe people money from property owners to employees. How can we nail these SOBs? What agency will take this case? Is it a ligitamate crime? I'm going to the FBI, Secret Service, but don't know if they'll blow us off. Any other ideas?

They would have the option to plead guilty straight away or go through the normal procedure. They then would either pay an instant fine or wear a collar or tag in order to help impliment community service or whatever. The point being to install a sense of self governance/ responsibilty in the moral incontinent.

I am sick to death of Chavs in tracksuits hanging around outside shops at all hours. The youths of today(not all of them!),they should get a damn good beating until they bleed. The OAP'S and myself alike hate to walk past them, you know you will get a comment said about you as you walk past the 30 or more scum suckers that are just hanging around for no reason.I dont care if they have nowhere else to go i couldnt give a toss. You are scum the kind of crap you find on your shoe. The police should have "snatch" squads that round them up and throw them in a van and kick the living hell out of them. And to all those chav scum mums, why do you have your 3 month old kid out at 11pm smoking your mayfairs while talking to the main share holder in sports world.God i hate you...and why do you all have Bull Mastif is it becouse your **** is the size of match stick?.Bring back hanging and kill the lot of em..........

I am 32 with a family and fulltime job, which i hold down well, I dont drink alcohol or do drugs, and i also have a degree in Engish Literature. But every time i see a cop i get a feeling of hate like he is taking away someones civil liberty's. I have never been in trouble with the police myself and neither have my children. it is puzzling me please help if you can.

Do policemen just patrol around looking for the smallest thing to get their arrest rate up?

Dont tell me no-one ever gets a good kicking in the cells when no-one is looking (even if he has been insulting?)

Officers, I just want to know how often you see drug addicts find recovery and keep it?
I could find the statistics, I want to know from real officers on the streets.
How many times have you seen a homeless slammer clean up?

Why is there such a thing as a life sentence? I mean, the end result is that the person who commited that crime is gonna die in jail right? So, what's the point? I mean we have to pay all that money to keep that person alive, in a life confined to a prison? It would be far more cost effective if that person was just sentenced to death.

Ok, sure i understand there may be cases in which the person was framed, etc., etc.., but realistically, that proabably only happens like 5% of the time, now a days.

So my question is, wouldn't it just be more reasonable, at least monitarily to sentence that person to death? What are your views on this?

(FYI: Texas is my home state.)

I've got another great idea to get the bad ones. You've heard of CrimeStoppers Right. Well Let's have.

CopStoppers. Where anyone who sees a bad cop doing illegal acts gets a $2000 reward. This can be done totally anonymously.

Where anyone even a fellow officer can snitch out the bad cops and receive an anonymous confidential code number and when the cop is prosecuted will receive the $2000 reward.

I think that this will get rid of the Blue Shield(Help at Least) to clean up the awful image that police have nowadays.

This will help to bring back respect and dignity to the police force.

Please tell me what you think about this idea and any other recommendations.

I just want to make the world a better place. I know a lot of cops are going to get on here and say you need police, I'm just saying I want the bad ones to go to prison where they belong.

Don't you.

I just read an article saying that a prison has been slammed due to be overcrowded and vermin infested. Personally I feel that this is the way jail should be. Why do we make it so cushy for people who commit crime?
