I know about "Firearm safty", Also about the NRA ,to learn about Handeling a firearm. Is their any other orgazinations that help people understand how to properly handle a firearm?

Try joining IDPA or USPSA, both will ensure you know how to shoot before you compete and the competition will make you even better than you ever thought you could be.

check with a store that sells firearms and ask if there are any hunting clubs or gun clubs that sponsor and run gun safety courses. mine does for free 3 times a year but you have to register early and get a reserved spot in the class. and yes they do have an nra rep and sponsors at the classes as well.

local rod and gun clubs might be able to help out. Also, firing ranges tent to teach classes and have certifications to use their ranges.

first off- your questions answer themselves. you need to spell check your questions. AND FYI- normally "firearms instructors" are on good terms with law enforcement. stay in school and learn things please.
