Good grief, it's been Texas by longshot since forever, and second place isn't even close!

As Ron White once said:

Texas usually executes the most followed by Florida, but we here in Virginia are doing out best to catch up.

Unfortunately, not mine. We have murderers galore here in MI, people who need to see their Maker for immediate summary judgement, yet we have stripped ourselves of that very useful and necessary mechanism.

Probably Texas and Florida....down here in Florida we are ardent beleivers in the death penalty...its only fair...if you murder someone, then you should die as well..
