I am sorry, kid, but at 16 you do not have the life experience to understand the sickness that is affecting this man's need to MOLEST you!! It isn't the size of your breasts that makes you a woman, but the size of your heart and your mental capacity...both of which seem to need to grow a bit!!

"Why do people call my boyfriend a child molester? I'm not a 5 year old.I'm a C-cup woman. He's not a criminal.Age is just a number.Yes,I understood the statutory rape idea. But child molester ?Come on, I'm a fully developed 16 yo girl and he's a normal man not a perv.I'm sick of all the stupid rules.Sick of all the gossip. Sick and tired of super judgemental people."

The quick answer to your question is "Technically, your boyfriend is a 'child molester.'"

First, you came to Yahoo! Answers and asked your questions. And that tells a lot of us that you have some problem that needs solving and we're just trying to help you. Some of us know you didn't come here to be judged, and we don't judge you, but others just can't resist because they see the hurt you're likely to experience even if you don't see it yet.

Second, you posted elsewhere that you're actually 15 years old. That means your boyfriend has gone beyond statutory rape. "Statutory rape" happens if you're 16 and he's over 18. Since you're 15 and he's 24, he would be convicted as a sexual predator under California law. I've included some laws below that you might want to Google-- or at least take notice of.

Third, you're not "fully developed." Not mentally and not physically. And that's a simple fact. That's why a lot of people are so disapproving. You don't actually know everything you should know to deal with the situation you're in now. And it hurts other sensitive people to see that.

You're obviously old enough to have sex and enjoy it, but that doesn't mean you possess the emotional and physical maturity to handle it in a safe and healthy way. You may not see that now, but you will probably-- and unfortunately-- see it later.

Man did you walk into this one! Just looking at the comments from other people- my look how judgemental everyone gets! Probably you need to tell us how old this guy is. Is he in the 18-20 year old range? If so, then that's not so bad. It's technically statutory rape, though. Most of what people are saying is correct though. I would wonder what his intentions are if he's a lot older than you, so really i can't give an objective answer without his age. I have a daughter not much younger than you, and if i found out she was having sex with someone (anyone until she's an adult) but especially with someone a lot older, better go hide 'cause daddy's gonna whip *** and take names later!

People say that because a girl at 16 is not capable of consenting to sex. Her brain is not fully developed despite what her body looks like. I'm sure that you are a bright girl and that you feel you are mature enough to make decisions about your own body, but at 16 you are making some very adult decisions that can effect the rest of your life. I hope that your boyfriend is just a nice guy who likes you for you, but there are a lot of creeps out there who pray on young impressionable girls because they are easily manipulated. Many of these girls end up pregnant and with stds and the man is long gone.

I'd also like you to think of it this way...he is 8 years older then you. Would you date someone 8 years younger then you. What do you have in common with an 8 year old? About as much as he has in common with a 16 year old.

Age is not just a number. It's a life time of experience.

he IS a child molester, and your NOT a women yet, when i was 16 i dated a 20 year old guy and i should NOT have, just because you can act like a woman does doesn't mean your ready to do things that a woman does, i wish i could go back and change that, your only a teenager for so long and then your an adult for the rest of your life, calm down! i had a C-Cup when i was 16 that doesnt interpret into being a woman, some 13 year olds have c-cups, should they date 24 year old men? if your parents know about him and aren't saying anything they should be arrested!

ya know just because u are a c-cup that doesnt make u a woman! You still have some growing up to do, especially if u think ur cup size makes u a woman! You have a big cup size, but it seems you lack some common sense! I at least hope ur using some kind of protection! See then later in ur info u put ur a 16 yr old girl! Well which is it r u a girl or r u a woman? There is a difference b/t the two!

They do this because the human brain is not fully matured at the age of 16, even though your body may look like any adult woman and have urges that women feel. Though it may be hard for you to accept 16 year olds of either sex are not mature enough to handle all of the consequences of a truly adult relationship. I felt the same way at your age and only as I got older and matured did I realize that I was being taken advantage of in a relationship I thought was healthy at the time. At 16 hormones and emotions are not developed completely either and can impair judgment and mislead you with false love responses. As the older person in this relationship your boyfriend should know this and not take advantage of your naivete and youth.

Regardless, Little C-Cup Girl, you are still a child in the eyes of the law. Your boyfriend is too old for you. As someone tried to explain the other day, what he's thinking about your relationship and what you are thinking are two different things, unless he is a complete childish moron.
You need to reflect on the truth of that.
People that are in their mid-20's have different goals than 16 year olds, or at least they should. That is what makes your relationship unequal. You are in love, he is scoring tail. And if that isn't true, he should be man enough to wait two years for the love of his life to reach legal maturity.

If UR happy which is the most important part of UR relationship with this older man but people can't help but worry.

I was an insecure,16 year-old pressurised by a grown man of 26.
I didn't stand a chance.
He wore me down & in time I gave in.
Subsequently discarded as soon as another 16 year old that took his fancy came along.

People R just being wary.
Wary & looking after UR best interested, they mean well.

And hopefully, if he is that much older than you, he will end up in jail. At 16 you don't have a clue about these issues. Your question should be more along the lines of why you feel the need to grow so fast. Oh, by the way, since babies are a typical outcome from 16 year olds out having illegal sex, what are YOU going to do when YOU get pregnant?????

When you grow up, you will get over all that. Age isn't just a number, in this case, if you tick your parents off bad enough it could become a jail sentence. Don't get me wrong, I know exactly how you feel. When I was 16, I was dating a 24 year old father of two. But one thing I learned is that if you do something that society can make fun of, they will.
