Most of the time the "extradition" on a probation violation warrant is nation wide. Ohio will not be the one to send you back. Fl. will be the one to come and get you.

Florida will have to file for extradition. They may or may not seek to do so. If it were me and I was the district attorney, most likely, I'd look at the caseload in front of me and my assistants, assess the crimes you committed, the cost of bringing you back, and say "To hell with it, he's Ohio's problem now." But, if you have jumped bail, either the bail bond company or whomever secured the bail, if not you, may send a bounty hunter after you. Be aware that Ohio is a much colder place and prison there, while not as hot in the summer, may be freezing in the winter. Stay straight so you do not wind up in the pokey there.

I would say your straight, since it is not a Felony Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. But you should call and see if you can continue Probation there in Ohio on the Charges out of Florida. But it would be cost prohibitive to come get you in Ohio (why did you split from Florida to goto Boring OHIO?).

I'd start packing. It's not up to Ohio, it's up to FL.

You better turn yourself in. Not only will they send you back when you get back you will get jail time. Probably 90 days if your lucky. Turn yourself in and you will get more probation with no jail time. Good luck cause your gonna need it.

Jeez, yes!
Do the time or pay the fine. You're a crimial for goodness sakes. Whomever you live with can be arrested for harboring a felon. I think with the second vop you step up to the felon class.

count on it Fla has its own state operated airline to pick prisoners FHP if they consider bond maybe upward of 100.000 to 250.000, you may already be wanted by US.Marshall service fugitive squad, just matter of time till they individualize your whereabouts
