A reckless woman broad-sided into my car causing injury to my neck and spine; I can still walk. The cop ticketed me for failing to yield; his police report contained gaps & errors. I was not made aware of my legal right to trial by jury (violation of my civil right). The judge found me guilty beyond a reasonable doubt dedspite various testimonial inconsistencies. I earned an 'F' for the first time in one college class and a 'D' for tardiness in another. The DMV failed to transfer my registration from my salvage title car to my new truck and I'm being fined for not insuring a car that's illegal to drive on the road (because of the salvaged title/unrepaired vehicle). I feel extremely violent urges overcoming me and I can't think of a satisfactory alternative to breaking the law to make myself feel better. I have no money and even less patience for ignorance. Can you suggest a safe alternative to acting-out violence as a resolution to my angry/fury?

Start educating yourself and doing reasearch when you are in a situation. A quick google search or even reading the back of your ticket would have given you valuable information as to your rights in handling your moving violation.

Study harder.

Set your watch 5 minutes early so you aren't late. Leave the house 10 minutes earlier.

The fury ends when you start accepting responsibilty and taking charge of what is going on.

Cool it man, try joining a gym, playing a sport (if you can with your injury) and lifting weights. Do something constructive, instead of destructive. It sounds like you had some bad luck brother, but violence will only make things worse for everyone.

I have had problems with people you would not believe, and yes, I have fantasized about responding to these @ssholes with violence, but I'm glad I never did. People get whats coming to them, in this life or the next. So chill, and don't worry about it. If you stay positive things will improve. When the going gets tough, the tough get going, so be tough instead of postal.

I am not really sure what to tell you. I just know a similar situation happened to me where the woman came flying over a hill so fast and when I pulled out I got hit and got the ticket for failing to yield...She was flying!! I like to exercise hard core. Like run on the tred mill and listen to angry music haha :)

It will only make matters worse if you lose control of your anger. I also have little patience for stupid people, I've had money problems in the past and I once had a cop unfairly harass me. This is a test of your will and character, if you focus on school and work eventually the rest of your problems will go away.

The punching bag is a good idea, also any kind of aerobic exercise that will generate endorphines in your brain and make you happy.......endorphines are "endogenous morphines" that can elevate your mood naturally. Don't compound your difficulties with adding illegal anything to your life........You could also try getting massages and listening to calming music.

Get your self a punching bag, hang it in the garage and beat the hell out of it. Then stop sniveling.
