if I am the cop , I grab neither , I make you exit the vechile with C O C K in hand and pour out the beer then order you pull pants up , before I slam your face into the hood of the car and cuff you up for open container and indecent exposure .........

Well... Hopefully it's a gal cop (a good looking one) and she leaves the brew alone. Then tries to tickle the back of her throat with the head of the pecker. So you can finish the beer, toss the can before she's done.

Unless he had a rifle with a high powered scope, he probably wouldn't be able to see your pecker. So I'd have to say the beer.
