Our local drug dealer pleaded: nolo contendere to:
2 counts for possession for sale of controlled substance 11379(a)
2 counts for sale of a controlled substance (11378)
1 count for maintaing a place for selling a controlled substance (11366)
5 counts of Commission of a felony after release (while on probation) (12022.1(b) )

We all have a feeling that nothing is going to happen to her. She has been out on bond for almost 3 years and is still dealing, etc.
This is a very dangerous person.

I have to go to court in the morning on a felony drug charge. I was the one who turned myself in and aleady contacted the ASAP office and I'm approved for the Rapid Rehab Program. I'm just worred that the judge will be and *** and want to lock me up. My lawyer doesnt seem worried but he court appointed and doesnt care or return 1/2 of my calls. I'm just worried and scared and it's keeping me awake. What do you think will happen??

I was stationed at nellis AFB in 196-1962 and we were training Iraq and Iran pilots to fly our fighters, then giving their nations our fighters, and they would go home and fight each other. (true) they were at war and could not afford their own planes.
If any of those rats killed a las vegas family and then raped and killed their young daughter, the Las Vegas police would have them in jail and never let them out alive. Why doesn't our government turn that Green guy over to Iraq to be tried for crimes in Iraq. How can we try him here for what he did there? Is Iraq a free country now or not? We cannot have it both ways.

Every day citizens seem to be more afraid of police officers than trusting of them. Many people also give them too much authority than they should have wich puts them in an egotistical state of mind. Many law inforcement officers seem to be "out to get you" rather than "protecting and serving". Many of them are "dirty cops" and get away with more because of their job. I don't agree with this. I think they should be treated the same as everyone else. Don't you?

If an undercover cop is posing as a drug dealer or prostitute or something and you ask if they're a cop, do they have to tell the truth? I've heard all kinds of answers, just kind of curious what the truth is...

I am talking more than the usual hanging or electric chair. I am talking about torture before slowly killing them since their actions have inflicted so much pain to the victims and their multitude of friends and relatives. Will it work in defering would be terrorists? I know it goes against human rights but can people who bomb kids and innocent bystanders mercilessly be regarded as humans?

Why if someone is convicted of crime even if he did not committed cannot get a job for rest of his/her life, even if he prove he is a saint and do lots of public and voluteer work and try to prove he is a good person.Government itself discriminate andban these people getting any kind of job and irony is court and probation insist the must get job ,support themself and thier family. This is catch 22 and no win situiatuin.Society donot want or help these people to improve and become productive citizon. I have seen many frustrations from family especialy from wives the way these people are discreminated unfairly and are not given them chance to proove they are good people.Society want to see these people either on wellfare or in prison and make over crowded prison to become more over crowded and use tax money to keep them on welfair or in prison. I have not seen any supportive programme from Govt. or Public to encourage to be better citizon .What kind of system is this?It must be changed
