Please don't equate a hollywood movie with what might have occured in Iraq. That is far from an accurate perception - what if the soldiers are innocent like the last group accused of killing an elderly man? It turns out the accusers are people opposed to our toppling of Saddam.

We have a 150,000 people in Iraq from this country that work for our government; and probably 30,000 more that work for private entities. When is the last time you saw a community of a 180,000 people go 3 years without commiting a single crime? These people are Americans, on an American mission, and should be tried by Americans. And punished by Americans if found guilty.

YES!!!! Any crime should be punished, like the teen that was caned in Singapore. The soldiers are there to fight injustice not to do as they please. The girl desreves justice and the people who raped her deserved to be punished. Plain and simple.
