Very obviously, Russia is sending its troops to stop Chechenia from being independent. I think if they want the independence, then the Russians should grant it.
Or at least, the Russians should not kill the Chechens. What rights do the Russians have of killing people, who demand the independence of their own soil?
My question is, why is this serious conflict not recognized by the world powers and the UN? If this kind of act was happening on the other part of the world, then the Americans would be involved in it, or the UN would take action.
