Well.. if you sex early, the girl who had been sex will have a baby.. And don't even know how to take care of it..

You Cannot have sex under the age of 16 and honestly if you want to have sex before you fall in love and not just some high school crush i mean really fall in love and lose you virginity to some random person in high school.
Also a person under the age of 20 isn't responsible enough to handle the consequences if anything happens such as pregnency. cause you cant support a kid
you can't get a good job to pay for a kids things
There are also risks of STI such as Clamidia and Syphilis
So if you want to Have sex and risk having all these problems go ahead but in my opinion it isn't worth it.

Too often, the response in cases regarding sex with persons under age is "they wanted it". So, the law undertook to decide at what age they can do so.
Interestingly enough, the age of consent varies from state to state, and in New Mexico, the age of consent for sexual relations is 13. (!)
In relations between two teenagers, there are "Romeo and Juliet" guidelines in some state, but in broad general terms, the oldest would bear responsibility.

Well ... this is mostly a social ,and health type question.
Teenage can do sex , but if they are unaged they can damage his way of thinking and sometime body.
Well there is alot of unanswerd questions remaining for them before go for it , and know what they do ...
So the low keep them until some age ... with idea that teenages shall be grown enought Body/Maind for it.

Bcoz teenage must go to school and learn english and get good job. Then only teenage can sex, coz teenage can now pay for baby to eat and drink and by clothes. If u are teenage then u must wait for sex coz sex is not funny
