i have this neighbor who is around 15 who always tans completley nude on the roof of a shared condo. many people live in the condo including myself so i was wondering if it is legal or illegal to tan there. i live in california is it illegal?

Why are you looking at your neighbor on the roof? Mind your own business. Is being a peeping Tom legal? Maybe your neighbor should call the police on you.

I think it is only legal if you live on a farm or non public place !
That is called indecent exposure. That woman should be arrested or atleast hide on the condo better

If you're a dude and this is a girl then you have to realise that the police think their job is mainly to do what females want. Best to just ignore it; the cops would only abuse you.- You look at her and you'll be 'done' for voyeurism, but if she sees you nude then you'll be done for nudity.
We live in a deeply feministic world, and allways have done.

In California on the left coast? Nobody would do anything, especially if you live in San Fransisco. But I believe it is illegal in California.

Report him/her for indecent exposure. That is, after you ask him/her nicely several times, send a note, make a copy of it. If all those done work then go to your city and report it. Dont need to call 911 but notify someone and they will deal with it.

Even if it is legal,it is not the expedient thing to do. Send him
a postcard with the address of the nearest Nudist Colony and
tell him to seek them out where he'll be more than welcome.
