1. i had one bag of weed 5 dope pills.I got out on bail . they gave me 1 year probation.
2.Driving with out L,s. They let me go.
3.For 1 bag of weed. they let me go. but i had to pay the court $100 but i diden no into i got a paper saying i got a warrant for my arest.2006
4.For peeing in the ally. They let me go.
5.Had a warrant for child support. i had to pay a $250.00 to get ouy.

Now i got to go to court to see if a baby is mine. is my warrant going to to show or is they going to no or is they going even look to see if i got a warrant. the last time i got lock up only one warrent came up. but i had to one for child support i that out of the way but what about the warrant for the $100 fine i diden pay.so when i go to child support court will they no about the $100 fine and it dont go any thing to do with the childsupport case

As the question says, I got into a minor fender bender and the only damage was a scratch on the other car.The owner's daugher's boyfirend was driving. It was a new 07 suv and I'd highly doubt he had permission to drive the new car. What are the laws on this situation, I know it won't cost much but can I get out of paying with this info?

Hey, I just have a question for you guys. I don't mean any disrespect but I am just curious as to what is going through your head when you are ordered to spray tear gas and use tasers etc. during protests and demonstrations. Do you have a hard time going through with it? Do you ever feel like you need to talk to someone about it? Would you refuse to use if a relative or close person such as a son, nephew or child's friend were to be in the crowd. Thanks for your answers. My last day at work is two fridays from now. That same day we are having a pot luck and I am thinking about making a batch of "special" brownies to bring in and feed everyone. I know they will get eaten but I'm wondering if I can get in any legal trouble for this since there will be no evidence left. Anybody know the laws on feeding people special brownies?

five months ago she said i was released to return to work full time with no restrictions,now that the temporary medical leave i was forced to take has expired,the very same doctor sayes i am not capeable of performing my job discription.without examining me,no bloodwork,no urin specamin,,,nothing.i am now unemployed 5 days befor x-mas...just wonderfull!i need some help!in a bad way..........please

I'm furious about this! I've looked all over the web and besides calling the insurance company in protest, I don't what I could do to make sure nothing like this happens in our country again. This girl survived two bouts of cancer and got a bone marrow transplant from her brother. There were complications and her liver failed. Her doctors said she needed a transplant and CIGNA would not approve it and she died.

Is there something that can be done to prevent this is the future? Would writing letters to congress or a petition make something happen?

after signing a lease agreement, i've had this vehicle for about a month. the "finance" manager calls me earlier this week, telling me i need to return the vehicle today since the "deal" didnt fall through. i asked what happens from there...do i get my $1000 deposit back or what? he tells me that they will have a check processed for me and it takes a week. is this true? what type of lawyer should i consult with, since i'm at the point where i have nowhere to turn?

Yesterday my brother called me up and said he had two tickets for a concert and wanted me to go. I initially said no because he always finds a way to get into trouble, but he promised to be good so I agreed to it. We had a few drinks before the show so we could really feel the music, but he continued drinking and got smashed. He did behave himself for the most part and I was proud of him. When the show was over he found me in the crowd and told me he had met a girl and was going to get a ride home with her. I didn't object, so I went home without him and went to bed.
This morning I woke up and found him passed out in the backyard, beaten, bruised, shirtless and handcuffed. I quickly drug him into the house and noticed two puncture wounds on his back, so I think he got the taser. Should he turn himself in? He had no wallet last night so the cops didn't get his ID. No one knew who he was and I know he didn't tell them his name. Anyone know how to get handcuffs off? What should I do?

I live in California, where it is legal to smoke with a prescription. There are these little store front dispensories all over the place..... They sell pot like cig stores sell cigs. What do you think about it?
