They should never be let back out on the street. God didn't give man the decision to say who should or should not die. Let them be miserable in prison for the rest of their life. Many parents need to watch who they bring into there home and stop letting their kids roam the street with no supervision. I see too many small children playing alone outside by themselves at the ages of 2, 3, 4, etc. These are easy targets. I think these parents need to be reported. This is a great question and a touchy situation for me.

The statistics speak for themselves. These people cannot be cured. For all the bleeding hearts, make sure the DNA is correct , then, no questions, no postponements, no appeals, shoot em, hang em, or get the needle ready. This whole thing of protecting the guilty is starting to wear a little thin.

think that is a very hard question, say the person that did it has kids and you want to kill their father? I agree they are sick and don't deserve to live but I am not God, it is also proven that most that have done what they did had it done to them as a child, so do we kill children that have been molested as a child or do re try to rehabilitate them? your question is very hard to decide without knowing all the evidence in the case. I once was going to kill a guy who molested a child I knew in my younger days but when I went to do the deed his two children where with him, I could not do it, seeing how his kids would be without a father. tough really tough.

They should be locked up for a very long time, but put to death - no...
They may be sick, but they weren't born that way. Something in their social world, their surroundings in one way or another let them think they could harm children AND get away with it. They should not suffer death of a consequence of something they had no control over. Lock them up and throw away the key, instead. Give them treatment - whatever it takes to stop them from abusing, raping children.

i agree, but many of those people who are protected are protected by family or friends. i mean how would u feel if someone close to u was accused of rap or assault would u defend them. either way that crap is digusting and those people who do that are evil and sick minded.

I agree with that if there are sick ppl out there who do things to children then i believe that we are better off without them in our world before they are able to hurt another child!

Does that include children who hurt children ?
For example, if a 10 year old child deliberately caused "mischief" which directly resulted in another child dying.
