Shouldn't Ebay and Paypal be exposed to be the greedy, unethical companies that they are. If you don't believe me about what kinds of Nazi and dictatorial companies that they are just go to these siteas and read the scores of people who have been suspended and ripped off big time from these companies.

These companies don't care about the lives that they have ruined.

They haven't created the monopoly, there simply hasn't been anyone who has seriously challenged them. And the testimony of scores of people against the thousands and thousands who have had no problems (Probably because they followed the rules) isn't really proof the companies are evil.

And if you can possibly have your life ruined by eBay or Paypal, then it wasn't much of a life to begin with.

There is no law stopping anyone from starting internet companies like paypal or ebay. There are other auction sites, they just aren't very popular.

All corporations usually have a disgruntled customer that will start web sites like the ones you have links to, doesn't mean they are correct. Ebay is like anything else on the web - if you are not to bright, someone can use it to take advantage of you.

Let the buyer beware - goes for ebay or k-mart.

You need to find out the true definition of monopoly. It isn't to punish a company for being successful. There are plenty of alternatives, they are just not as popular. That isn't a monopoly.

It actually is a monopoly. Everyone states "har har many others." But...do the others advertise on tv? It's pretty hard to have a solid ground of competition when you start with 0 members, no?

Getting ripped off by companies is nothing new, same with monopolies. Look at microsoft. Their pathetic software is the standard these days.

This is just like Mcdonalds. They certainly have a monopoly, you can't say "oh there's others." But when there's one mcdonalds per block, that's saying something.

Very important issue, I must admit. I worry a lot more about that than 3.00 a gallon gas. If you hate it, don't use it. pretty simple. And, there are a lot of websites like it. Just search on line auctions.

There were other ebay-esque auction site, but they just never took off. Ebay was the only one people used.

There are alternatives to Ebay. They just are not nearly as popular. You will also find scammers on those sites as well.

There are alternatives, but none as popular.

I have never had a problem with them, personally.

If you hate them so much, why don't you create a competitive alternative?
