Can the State of Georgia suspend my Georgia drivers license due to back child support.?

I send what I can when I can but to my ex wife it just isn'y enough, I am currently unemployed due to a recent hand surgery.

Oh yes they can; contact the DMV.

You would need to prove that you cannot work at the moment. Yes, the state can suspend your driver's license. It was a law passed by Bill Clinton, I believe... I may be wrong on the president, but I think it was Clinton. Also if you have a business license. Check out this website.

Yes. This is one of the newer tools that Child Support agencies have. They can also garnish your income tax return.
