Think about it, it's scientificly proven that marajuana is healthier to smoke then ciggarets, it's a natural afrodezack, there has never been a singal car accedent reported that the driver has been smoking marajuana.

Heres the thing when you are cought with any paraphernalia and get arrested for it, you are paying the tax that the government has put on it. So it is taxed. Marajuana has a pritty impressive record, but as long as it is illegal the government will be making money but legal they won't be. Should it be legal so that all the idiots in the world can hit it NO.

Just like in Amsterdam the crime rate just may go down. I do not think they will legalize it because, it is too easy to grow for one. People will have it all over the place. I believe that we will have all the different things occurring like police and government trying to tax and control and monitor all of the going on associated with this substance like they are doing with the cigs. and the beer and liquor.

It would be taxed if it were legal. Cigarette companies would be packaging it neatly and selling it everywhere. It's illegal because it turns people into mind-numbed idiots who can't spell or put together a coherent sentence.
