I want to hear what everyone knows about the current news of legalization.
And I want to know the '08 running presidents looking to legalizing. I know that Ron Howard is running and going to try to legalize it, but anyone know of anyone else?

My girl keeps asking me to have sex with her, but I've been reluctant for legal reasons. I'm unsure of the laws dictating maximum age difference for sexual relations in Washington State. We are both over 16, the age of consent, but one of us is over 18 and the other is not. Help here?

SERVERS!!! i have to tip out %10 of my tips to the restaurant owner! i've been working at this place for a month and at first thought my %10 went to the kitchen. i found out that is not the case! the money goes to the owner! am i the only one that thinks that's nuts! there's NO BUSBOY, NO BARTENDER and NO HOST. so yeah, the servers pick up the slack of these 3 missing positions. plus the computer won't let us clock out until we claim %100 of our credit card tips. on a day like today where ALL my tips came from cc's, i made $120 except i actually took home $108...but still had to claim the $120! what's worse: if you're a server you know your tips get taken out of your paycheck too, plus you pay taxes on it! i've tipped out about $160 thus far, most of which i've had to claim, gotten deducted and taxed on! does anyone know if they are actually alowed to take my very hard earned money? btw: i live in florida, orange county. thank in advance to anyone who cares.

i got my account suspended because i never mailed out an item someone paid for and my account got suspended...then i mailed ebay the money they gave back to that person that won the item. its been a month.. and NO RESPONSE from ebay on how my account will be back again..what should i do?

My friend was driving my car and hit another car in a parking lot (about $3000 in damages) I am insured, and the car is insured. My friend told me a while back when he drove my car before that he was insured as well...however, when the accident happened, he said he lost his insurance because he missed payments. I asked the guy he hit if we can settle this outside of insurance, and he agreed (I don't want my insurance rate going up for something I didn't do, and my friend doesn't have insurance, so he'll have to pay for it) I was wondering what rights I have? What would happen if my friend can't pay it for 2 months, but he guy wants his car fixed right away?

I dont have any communication with her and want to be in her life . The custody order had stated that I was allowed visitation with her 3 times a week supervised and communication but that has not happened since I live in las Vegas with my daughters father and he works out here. My family is out here also
we just moved into a two bedroom apt and need our daughter to be with us . We both want to be a part of her life but my adopted mother hates him and has changed her phone # numerous times I have also sent packages to my daughter and they were not accepted including letters.What can I do in this situation could someone please help me?

traveling on a 5 lane road, turn lane in the middle, 2 east bound lanes & 2 west bound lanes. From the inside west bound lane she decides after intering the intersection, that she want to go left, but the left turn lane has a red light, so she stops even though our light was green but i did not have time to stop. She received a citation for "Obstruction of traffic in an intersection. When her insurance guy contacted me he says he is investigating liability. Does that make sence?

does this sound fair? ethical? a man drives under the influce of meth amphetamines causes an accident, killing 3 people, severely injuring 2, bonds out, 2 days later, arrested for driving under the influence of meth amphetamines, possession and paraphernalia, gets 15 total for all charges. for the same if driving under the influence of alcohol would have carried a steeper sentence, does this makes any sense? i know i am close to the case, so i may be being close-minded.

I have an issue with slum land lords and Manager.They are constantly harassing me so I could move out. They have tried to evict me 2 times once I won the case and the 2nd time they send me a lawyers letter just to move out and I don't have to pay..My apartment is roach infested ,I have no oven it is completely out of service the gas company said so.And much more problems to list.I have called The health department as of 2 months ago and no professional work has been done.I don't know if owners were fined for failure to comply .The manager has illegally went in to my apartment which I have a police report and just today the manager decided to do work on the building where my parking space is so I had to park about 2 blocks away.I got a camera and recorded him saying I didn't receive a 24 hour notice at least so I could get a parking closer.I also have been to the hospital because I had a break down because of them.I don't know where I could get help or what I could do.Help?
