I sended ebay a check for a reimbursment and never got a response..help!?

i got my account suspended because i never mailed out an item someone paid for and my account got suspended...then i mailed ebay the money they gave back to that person that won the item. its been a month.. and NO RESPONSE from ebay on how my account will be back again..what should i do?

eBay closed your account because you 'stiffed' a buyer. Paying the money back has squared you with the buyer, but eBay will usually not re-instate your account, in case you do it again.
