I have 2 menacing (misdemeanor) records that happened at the same time, and a felony charge but was not convicted...This also happened in a different state. Can I get this sealed? I am still on summary probation...

In most states minors records can be sealed at the offenders request to the courts. If you were an adult when you were arrested, and not tried or convicted, the records would be on you NCIC record unless a judge ordered them expunged. If you were an adult and convicted it is unlikely that they can be sealed, especially if your actions were considered to be dangerous. I would certainly contact an attorney to get the accurate details.

Depends where you are.

Sorry, it's a matter of local law, so without even knowing your country, we can't help any further.
