I would beg him to take me back (this was never ever going to happen) I never loved him never liked him. Do not regret my children but deeply regret having them with the moron I did. The children were with me for six years did not see him at all. Now they have been with him and not seen me for ten years. I think any man who takes children out of spite is purely evil and should never ever be forgiven. I would never be in the same room with him ever again. I dont ever want to know what they have done with him or ever hear his name again. I do not drink or smoke and would never ever sleep with any man who smealt like an ashtray or a brewery. I cant stand sport particularly football or rugby I would never stay in any room where it was on and would not let any man watch on my t.v. I have been very happily divorced for 20 years would never ever have a joint bank account or let any man have joint morgage or rent. If they dont like they do not need apply I dont really want one anyway.

Some business-related mail comes to my workplace addressed to me, yet someone has been opening my mail, then placing it in my mailbox with no explanation, no note, nothing to indicate who is doing this or why. Some of the mail is weeks old when I finally do get it. Can an employer legally open mail addressed to a specific person in a company? Once someone had opened my pay stub, which used to be sent to our work addresses but now are sent to our homes. Has anyone ever encountered this? I'm shocked! Do I have any legal recourse against this employer?

we are having a new pay scheme at my workplace and my employer is trying to make me accept a job description that does not reflect the job i do. They are trying to cut down on job descriptions so I am being lumped in to another job description, however both jobs are as different as chalk and cheese. I believe they are doing this so as in the future they can say i have to do the other job as it states so in the new job description. I can not do this job as i am not trained to do so. Am I in my rights to refuse this as i have a signed contract and job description. I want a job description that reflects what i do.

I have a court case 1 week from tomorrow and got a letter from the Public Defender saying they can not take my case and I have to get my own lawyer. My charges are disorderly conduct and criminal trespass (family violence act). I thought I had the right to counsel?? I make decent money but have no money to pay a lawyer. Once I make house payments, and child support, I have no money left to my name. What should I do?

My mom was at work when she started having a very severe headache. She said she felt nauseous and felt numb on her left side. Her employer took her to a hospital where the doctor said it was probably nothing serious. She went to another doctor a couple days later, who said the same thing.

She asked both of these doctors if it might be signs of a stroke, since she knows what stroke symptoms are like. Both said no since she is only 45 and pretty healthy.

Well, they were both wrong, and she had a massive aneurysm in the right part of her brain. The doctors had to perform emergency brain surgery, and she has a huge surgical scar on her head. She couldn't talk and couldn't move the left part of her body. Three months later, she can walk slowly and talk, but she still can't move her left arm very well at all.

The doctors said she won't be able to go to work for at least a year. She's divorced, and the only source of income of our family. Could we sue the doctors for malpractice?

ok so my bf and i dont look like your normal run of the mill people. (he has blue hair and i have a septum piercing), and we live in a developement with a BIG problem neighbor. well today, she has just gone toooo far! we were informed from a number of people that our house is going to be raided, because we have a meth lab! I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT METH LOOKS LIKE!! i work 40 or more hours a week all times of the day, and my only vices are smoking cigarettes, and drinking a cold one now and again. this isnt the only time she has called the cops on us, she did so last year when there were 3 cars in our drive way, while some of our friends were with us watching tv, and drinking. everyone was over 21, the cops were bothered by a bogus call and left. is there a way to get her for harassment and deformation of character, since we are now the new talk of the town, since i guess im a pretty good chemist, which i didnt know about!

during use. Rather than take it to have it fixed, we are wanting to throw it out and buy a new one. My question is this. If we put it out by the road and someone picks it up and takes it home and uses it and it catches on fire and does property damage or injures someone, would we somehow be liable for it? Once it is "trashed", is it a take at your own risk type thing or how does this work.

My mother owns a house in Florida free-and-clear. When my father passed last August, my mother became sole owner of the house (she is also on the title). My mother/father have two sons: me (the youngest) and my brother (who is mentally retarded--he is qualified with Social Security as disabled). Both sons are adults.

My father left me the bulk of his assets (the majority being the funds within his brokerage account) in order to assist me with the care of my retarded brother in the future. My mother is okay financially thanks to an annuity and social security.

Thing is, I want to preserve these brokerage funds for the future. What if my mom ends up in a nursing home?

To protect these assets, I want to gift the brokerage account funds to my mother. Then, my mother wants to sell her house and parlay the resulting funds into a new, larger house. She would also then apply the gifted brokerage account funds that I give her towards the new house.

Will this protect our assets?

yes is it a voluntary cult, and if people are dumb enough to spend all their money to it and get in debt then thats their problem. but surely the evidence of harm and despair it can cause is enough for the governments to bring it down. i mean, in america it has already gained power, but how do they get away with having a church in central london? aint our laws so strict that cons like this are punishable?

Did you know that the Bush administration wants to kill 600 wolves in Wyoming and Idaho? That's almost half of the whole population in those areas oh and doesn't it matter that they are on the endangered list! What is with Bush and his killing spree? Hasn't he caused enough death in his term without going after defenseless animals now?
