Not by law, forklifts are operated on private property, not public roads. Even crossing a road would not require a license.

Your company may require it in thier policy, but that would be unlikely.

Not a drivers license, but you do have to get OSHA certification.

No you dont. Most companies have a course you have to pass to drive on company property.

Uhm, I didn't. All I had to do was take a test. It was really easy, common sense. Good Luck!
