By it's nature the parenting plan expires when you reach 18. As long as the parenting plan requires the visits you dad could get in trouble if he/you prevent the visitation.

If you have a real reason for changing the visitation schedule either your mom and dad need to agree and modify the parenting plan or they need to go back to court.

Every other weekend is nothing and you should just be happy she wants to visit with you. Find a way to make the visitation work. Everyone will be happier and better off in the end.

I'm guessing that you are an American. In Ireland, where I'm from; the Family Law courts generally take the wishes of the children into account if you are a teenager but not yet reached the age of majority (18 in Ireland). In Ireland we call visitation rights "Access". In Ireland your Father could go to the Family Law Courts and seek an order "varying the Access" in line with your wishes if you are under the age of majority. I assume that a similar application could be made in America. Also in Ireland the an "Access" order is enforceable against your parents not you-Your mother could take your father to court if he denied her Access to you. You can't be forced to adhere to Access you don't want. But it is really important that you have your mother in your life, so I suggest that you, your father and mother discuss the matter and come to a compromise. You will regret losing the contact with your mother later in life, particularly when you have children of your own

if visitation is a problem, have the attorney that drew up the divorce decree petition the court for a modification of the visitation terms. The judge who issued the decree will decide based on evidence submitted to him by you and your father, and should respect your wishes if the circumstances for you NOT wanting to visit are justified.

it varies by state. the ones you need answers from is your parents. talk to them, especially your mother. Explain your reasons and try and work out a plan. I let my son work it out with his mom. the courts are overly involved in families as it is
