wouldn't it be more productive for society to just tape or tether the people likely to steal pens insted of taping pens and tethering pens? when pens are tethered it does society an injustice - free the binds holding tethered pens -

I want to see people taped and flagged with tape and free-roaming pens in post offices

A lot of people take them by accident. But an explosive device in them that is activated when they take the pen out of 25 feet of where it should be would be interesting.

Do you think it's an accident that pens are chained down in banks? You can thank George Bush and the Republicans for this one. Bush is completely controlled by the banks, and chaining pens down is just the first step in removing all our rights to free expression. Wake up people!!

They should put a dye thing inside the pen like they do with the money so when you take it out of the bank, the pen goes off and ink/dye gets all over you.
