The notary public's signature is illegible and nowhere on the document is the Notary's name typewritten or printed. Therefore "said Notary" is unidentifiable. Also there is NO Notary Stamp or even any kind of "Acknowledgement" attached to the Will. "My commission expires: ________."
This quote was typed and following the colon, 1999 was handwritten in on the blank line. These are the facts. Could this be legally binding in any case? Or does this appear as fraudulent as I perceive it to be?

Please explain your reason for banning cigarettes as well as explaining why fast food is exceptable even though it results in heart related deaths each year. Also imagine if cigarettes only effected the smoker and not the other people in the vicinity, would it have the same laws as implemented now or would the laws be different.

Yes, that's right because of overcrowding.. but then 10 minutes later I heard the news that a man has been in jail for months because of zoning laws. He didn't have a permit for making a fence...and then someone was arrested for smoking pot cause they are chronically ill... Excuse me....but if someone is not hurting anyone... not violent or a danger to others, why are they in jail over a thief, or some violent criminal..? What is the matter with our laws.?.Is the government that selfish and uncaring..that a permit or a medication takes priority over violence.? Wake up politicians; and lawmakers are you minds in HELL...

I currently work in an office job where I am one of the youngest members of the team. I recently found out a co-worker of mine (who has a slightly higher position but not a supervisor) has spread rumors to other people (including other co-workers) telling them that I have an eating disorder and that I "throw up my food". She has even told this to the security guard in our building and he believes it; one time, when I was walking into the office with my lunch, he allegedly walked up to one of the employees and told her "I bet she (which is, ME) is going to throw all that up!" (the employee who heard this did not tell me at the time when the guard told this to her, so I did not know and just minded my own business as I walked by them). And now, everytime I go out to lunch and eat in the building, the guard and my co-worker examine me and want to see if I will throw up my food.

Because befor marijuana became illegal, everyone was ditching alchohol for marijuana. The brewers were outraged, they were losing money, as was the government. So what did they do? Banded together. Outlawed it. Look it up. IT was a tax scheme. There was no moral or medical reasoning to initally outlaw marijuana. Look it up, It's part of history!

A pregnant woman was tried and convicted to serve no less than 25 years in a federal prison. The court ordered her to have the baby in prison and the baby will stay in jail with the mother until maturity at age 18. After age 18, the child can leave 'home.' At age 18, the child who was a girl is now suing for the wrongful imprisonment of being raised in jail.
Has this ever been done?

This is a hypothetical question. If this ever happens does the child have a case?

Tonight on the news they had a Walmart parking lot surveillance video of a child dropping money and a few seconds later a guy walking by and picking it up. The headline said, "Man swipes money from child".
The man then was seen sitting in his SUV counting the money as the little boy frantically ran past.
Now they are asking for any leads and this guy could face a misdemeanor.
Ok, where do you draw the line from being a bad Samaritan and breaking the law?
The guy might NOT have seen the boy drop the money and is very likely that he didn't see the boy run past his vehicle.
If you are in a parking lot and see a penny or dime on the pavement is it ok to pick it up? What about $5 or $10? What amount is it a misdemeanor to pocket it?
I once found 20 bucks on a party store floor and asked the people around me if anyone lost money. Was I suppose to give it to the clerk? If I lost money I would just assume that it was gone and my bad luck.

I realize this was asked before. But more specifically, would it be upheld in court in a case for "breach of contract" lets say if one spouse cheated on the other, or other various instances that may happen in a marriage. Could you sue your "former" spouse beyond a divorce further for breach of contract?

Today when I was at school(Community College) I was walking in the parking lot back to my car with my friend and I stopped to read a lost dog sign on a pole when some lady pulled into the spot getting very close to me and honked. i just went off on her, I was so mad it just set me off. So after yelling at her she just walked off laughing. I got into my car and drove by her car. When I did I splashed old coffee on her back window like a little bit there wasnt much. Now I feel bad and am worried on what could happen to me( No i'm not worried about getting my a** kicked I can handle my own). I am worried about charges or something. I am a really good law abiding person I just messed up. What could happen or am I ok and just need to handle myself next time.

I we have not seen my ex husband in 12 years. No child support, which is by my figures over 20k the state says different. the county i live in also reports it as a mist charg. In another co in the same stat, another child goes w/o support asls but it's not near as high an amount, and that co says it's a felony. So how he's got away withit for many years. He was picked up for non compliance (reporting to the police ) with his address he was convicted of sexual misconduct with a minor onder 14. I even had to tell the police that. They never looked for him. And as weird as this may sound he also had 4 other warrents out on him. making a total of 6 3 bonds were$ 1000 one 300 other was a fine that i coundnt get to on the pc. And the non compliancie was the 2nd offence. I looked that up he should have got more then 7 days total for that. no fine and to show up in 15 days . He had no address to give them. That's on the paperwork i a have. It says" NO KNOWN ADDRESS". i have more no room

Is it illegal to preach religion at a public school? Like say a teacher brings in the bible for his or her class of like 7th graders, and tells everyone, "If you're not a Christian you'll burn in hell." "God will only love you if you're baptized." "All non-Christians are creations of Satan." Stuff like that. Is it illegal for a public school in like the suburbs of Chicago for a teacher to do that? Thanks!

Lemon Law Buyback??? I bought a used car..... found THAT on the title AFTERwards....?
I bought a used car (2006 Pontiac GTO) about two months ago and JUST recently found out that the title has a lemon law/manufacturer buyback on it. It was a defect in the paint supposedly. It claims that the defect was remedied, then sold at auction.......

then over the course of the past year it has been retitled, but the lemon law thing still pops up........

SHOULD the dealer have told me about this in WRITING when I purchased the car, or have they gone against the law???? (I'm from Illinois)...... I've been reading here and there that if a car was previously bought back because of a defect/lemon law that it should be presented to you in writing at the time of sale if the car gets resold later. The dealership never told me ANYTHING!

Am I able to do something about this, like take the dealership to court or have them buy it back or something???

Will one go to jail if you cant make it too court for unforseen reasons, just for a stupid meter ticket that someone else did because they used your car without your permision while you were serving your country.
