I have just recently been in a incident where I seen the police bust in my home and i and my spouse seen them plant 2 bags of marajuana in my home. when I seen them pull out the bags, I reached for my phone and I called my mother and the officers seen me on the phone and 4 of them "jumped" me with elbows and feet in my back, taking me down like a animal and then the 4th one came behind them breaking my cell phone in half but not forting my effort to get to who I was trying to reach.

please do not give any smart *** anwsers like a couple of people did, I am really trying to find out a couple of things because and no we are not drug dealers we don't use drugs...
1. they did not have a warrant to search and sease(correct?) anything in my apartment.
2. they did not tell anyone to not move while they were doing this.
3. we actually seen them pull put a bag with stems and seeds in it outta his pocket and reach behind a dresser like he really pulled it from behind there.

I already know there is a chance that I might lose my case because everyone knows that law enforcement will do what they want to do. but I was also injured in this altercation.

What part of "DON"T MOVE" don't you understand?!?
The rest of the store is complete BS.
The cops have enough real work with real drug dealers (like you) to run around and plant evidence. Lying here will just piss people off, not gain you pity.
My favorite line on Cops while a cop pulls dope out of some guys pocket "that's not my dope". Cop says "came out of your pocket" suspect says "there ain't my pants" DOH!

Reaching into your purse or pocket to retrieve anything when the police are in your home is a very, very, very bad idea - you might even call it stupid. Their first instinct is to get whatever is in your hand OUT of your hand in case it is a gun or a knife. Yes, in this case, they did the right thing.
Good luck on that whole "the cops planted it" line, too....

Well first and foremost, I would say you have a case BUT it is your and your husbands word against theirs and that is HARD to prove in any case. My suggestion is to hire an attorney and file suit on their asses! I hope you took pictures of the scene and all and hope that you can have those "bags" finger-printed!

Of course, four police officers are going to tell a completely different story when this goes to court.
Get yourself the best lawyer you can afford right now.
