Are you emancipated due to being pregnant? - No, not even close. Since you demonstrated your lack of maturity by getting pregnant with out being married and a reasonable expectation of being able to support yourself, it is highly unlikely a judge would grant your request to be emancipated.

Why do you want to become emancipated? If you do wish to do that I would contact a lawyer.

Aside from that though have you given any thought to adoption? Also is the father involved? He doesn't have to be present physically in the child's life but by-law he is obligated financially to help. There are systems in place that will deduct from his pay check, as long as he is getting one you could receive support.

However I would strongly consider adoption/furthering your education to increase future opportunities for both you and your child. Good luck.

What is it you can't do? Why do you think you need to be emancipated? You may not need to be.

No you don't need a judge. What for? Make sure you get health insurance. Babies are expensive.
