I baby sit a 4 year old boy. I did a search on the internet for his mothers name, to see if i could find her email address, so i could email her daycare news. Instead, i found very provocative, naked pictures of herself that she posted on sex sites. Im concerned about the 4 year old boy being around this behavior at home. If i show these pictures to Social Services, can they do anything about it?

On the news channel from Chicago they are expressing that Chicagoans and the people that run the city are really mad at the governor.
They think he is doing the wrong thing by not passing a bill to have that whole state of Illinois pay taxes to help the mass transit in the city.
Do the people of Chicago know that there are many other people in the state that do not go to Chicago and use the mass transit.
They do not want to pay taxes for something they are not using.
Why don't Chicago just get that message and increase the fares for people who use it? Then they can pay their own bills and do their own upkeep of the sysyem.
The other people in the state of Illinois are sick and tired of paying for Chicago to get everything they want.

when did it become illegal to ask another adult for sex?if you want to prosecute someone for asking for sex or lewd behaviour go to any club where hundreds of offers are presented everynight and lewd behaviour..hahaha have you watched how some people dance?im not saying sex in a public bathroom is right but thats not what was happening here.it was reported craig touched the other guys foot with his but how did he know the other guy was gay and it was ok to touch his foot?answer is because the cop was giving him signals that he himself was gay and looking for sex thus making this a set up ,that is if craig really touched his foot.has anyone ever tried to see how far into the next stall youd have to stick your foot to touch the person next to you?thats right wayyyy to far so the cops foot was right next to the wall signaling craig he was looking for sex himself. as far as pleading guilty id rather pay $500 and be done than have to hire an attorney and pay thousands too.wouldnt you

My stepson's mom hasn't spent more than an hour a week with her sons in 3 months. My husband (their dad) has full custody but he agreed to supervised visitations twice a week. She rarely shows up and when she does only sees the boys for a few minutes. Of course there's drugs involved and an abusive boyfriend so the fact she rarely sees the kids is OK with us. We just hate that the kids get their hopes up.

What's the next legal step we can take? Can her lack of complying with the current visitation schedule allow us to get a court order that will bar her from seeing the kids until she can prove she has cleaned up her life? What should be our next step?

I have a cousin that I have always been pretty close to. Recently we had a disagreement. Her 14 yr old daughter just got her first after school job. With her second paycheck, my cousin made her pay a utility bill. Now she says when her son gets a job he will be made to pay one bill as well. She has a full-time job, somehow manages to get a food stamp card, the county pays 70% of her rent, and her ex pays over $1,300 a month child support for her yougest two kids. Does anyone think she is doing something illegal?

Two mayors and two state legislators are among 11 public officials arrested in New Jersey as part of a corruption investigation, the U.S. attorney's office in Trenton announced Thursday.

Passaic Mayor Samuel Rivera is among 11 officials arrested Thursday in a corruption probe.

1 of 2 "The defendants allegedly demanded and accepted payments ranging from $1,500 to $17,500 at any one time," the release from the U.S. attorney's office alleges.

"Each of the 11 public officials and one associate accepted the corrupt payments from companies that offered insurance brokerage or roofing services to school districts and municipalities," the news release said.

State Assemblymen Mims Hackett Jr. and Alfred E. Steele -- both Democrats -- and Passaic Mayor Samuel Rivera are among those arrested, the news release says.

Not only do they fight any legislation that would require an ounce of truth being told to their clients seeking counseling for an unplanned pregnancy (never refer clients to adoption agencies nor tell of financial assistance for having the child, at least in my area anyway) but now they decieve town and city governments about buildings they want built? If they have nothing to hide, why are they so deceptive in their tactics down to having buildings built?

I was hired for a reputable cell phone carrier and have been here 2 years and 4 months. Though I love my job and love the company I often wonder...

A few weeks ago I was asked by my regional to REMOVE my piercings and cover my tattoos.... I have my tongue nose and ears pierced. The tattoos I do have are not visable so covering them has never been a problem. But when its 95+ degrees outside I think its time to wear pedal pushers and I have a tattoo on my ankle.

So after being told "there comes a time in everyones life that we need to grow up" I took very little of that into consideration I am 25 years old live alone, pay my own bills and support myself and I dont think having tattoos or piercings makes me immature.

I did though, get a clear barbell for my tongue since it "offends" customers.

Here is the catcher... I am number 10 in my district of 250+ sales reps... my numbers should speak for themself that I obviously have no problem with my numbers or my sales skills.

Hi,

I was offered a job on Tuesday by a temping agency who saw my cv on the net. They explained to me that the temp they had in there had suddenly withdrawn and they needed someone quick.

I told them that I am disabled and suddenly the offer was withdrawn. They said that they had just remembered that they needed to check with the firm that they still needed a replacement and they would call me back. As you can imagine, they didn’t call me back.

As you can guess, I have been fuming about this for a few days, which has delayed me posting this question, so I was wondering if anyone can tell me, are their actions legal?

To me it seems as though they are discriminating against me because I am disabled. What do you think? If it is discrimination and it is illegal, is there anything I can do?

Thanks

Also, I have 2 petitions on the net about discrimination against disabled people. Would you be kind enough to take a look and consider signing them.

i lost about $700-$800 worth of food due to a 3.5 day power outage. Friends informed me that you can file that under homeownerns and because it is a weather related expense - you shouldn't get hit with having filed a claim - some companies I guess don't even make you pay the deductible. I called my insurance company - Allstate and they informed me that I would have to pay my deductible and that it would be filed against me as a claim. I was not happy. When I brought this up to my friend who works for a competing firm, she said that wasn't right. Can anyone else out there verify this for me?

Thanks!
