This company is taking advantage of me and I want to know what my options are as far as my rights and how far they can push me.

A lawyer would be a good start. You might also want to talk to a personal credit counselor as well. You are in the same boat as millions of other Americans who bought houses they couldn't afford with adjustable rate mortgages. You may have to refinance to a fixed rate mortgage, sell your home to get a more affordable mortgage, or declare bankruptcy to solve this problem.
