I should also mention that she no longer works there she got fired, But I do not know why? For sure. And the Credit Union Bank is now aware of what she did I did not mention it untill I knew for sure that this was done, And my Mother has not been in her right frame of mind since and before the stroke. So a Will should not have been make anyways. This no not about Money to me. really. But I am so fed up with being hurt be family members. I asked the bank if she let them know that she had a sister that she did not speak with that had an account there. They said that was an invasion of Her privacy. and would not be on the application. Wow

If you are in the US, the bank violated the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Right to Financial Privacy Act, and you can sue. These cases usually settle out in the low five-figure range. And you can have the change in Mom's will set aside for undue influence, but the court case will strengthen that claim so make sure you plead that as part of the GLB lawsuit.

You should contact your bank and let them know what has happened and they should be able to find out if she has violating any of their laws. It should be their policy not to access friends and families accounts. Both are responsible for damages. Your sister broke the law. The Privacy Act has been violated here. You should sue both (your sister and the bank)

You really need to contact the bank and talk to them about this. If your sister didn't use your account information to remove funds from your accounts, I'm not sure there's anything the police can do.

If you want monetary damages against your bank, you will need to sue them in the civil court systems.

I would get a lawyer and sue the bank and your sister. The bank has the responsibility to insure that it's employees did not use the information for their own enrichment, and your sister used undue influenced on your mother to once again enrich herself

well first thing i would do is go to her boss and tell him that she accessed your account without your permission and that is fraud . She should not only loose her job but she should be prosecuted by the bank . Now as far as your mom goes you should let your mom know what she did and tell your mom you dont care about the money but you want her to know what your sister did . good luck . Btw you make sure she gets prosecuted . tell the bank if she does not then you will file suit against the bank. good luck .

I would contact the Police and the bank - it is an invasion of privacy and it has been used against you!!!

Even if it is your sister - she has broken the law

I strongly recommend that you seek the advice of an attorney immediately and without delay. Your sister is not a legislative official nor is she a judge in a court of law. If your facts are correct, then you need to march yourself to a competent attorney as quickly as you can.

I agree with the answers below! It is none of her business what your mother does! It is fraud!
