I live in NC I got an embezzlement charge, it was my first offense with deffered prosecution I served probation and am now off i can use any help regarding espongement in my circumstances I also am in the process of filing for espongement and would like to know the best way to do that without getting denied or with a lawyer too costly. Thanks in advance

It has been said that a client that representeds himself, has a fool for a client, get a lawyer it might cost money but you would be better served

You should not be allowed to clean your record up. if you were charged and found guilty it should remain for all to see.

Unless you are falsely convicted and jail, you record is PERMANENT.
