I mean it's legal to show an infants back side of TV but not a 4 year olds. I'm not advocating it in anyway I don't even believe that a newborn should be showed that way, I just want to know where is the line drawn!!!

personnaly i think those who post child porn should be treated and made to serve the same jail time as pedophiles because to me there is no difference.
when it come to showing any kid nude no matter the age i have a problem with it because there is no need too show it.

We live in an undecided sick world. what is porn for some is just ppl being ppl for some. Only in America, being nude is dirty and a sin. That why our crime rate is so high or children are being learn to be ashamed of themselves and committing suicide to be perfect.
They should draw a line when infants are commercially broadcast nationwide for viewing and selling products.
...and wives should sleep with their husband more and prostitute should be legalize.

for me it is easy, under 18 should be a felony, period.
Although my parents did get me in one of those cutesie pics with my 2 cousins in the bathtub when we were all about 6 months old.

Depends on how they are used.
I think we can go overboard and most pedophiles do not go to parenting magazines to get their kickcs.
Toddlers should not be shown nude, nor should any person under 18!
