You have to settle with CT to get your license reinstated. California will not issue you a license if you are suspended in another state. They ask if you are suspended right on the application form. If you lie you can be charged with a crime and have your driving privileges revoked for good.

California is going to ask about your pre-license experience,.....and when you tell them about the CT. license you may not be able to get one, till your past home state, CT. suspension is up,.....also now days with computers they will find out if you don't tell them,.....
