good luck on a clean break... most likely the board would break at the nose or something, then you would have to determine who owned what side and who provided the grip tape and trucks? details, details
a court case would ensues with the fun-box (break-site) being the only reliable witness to this break, with tears running down his particle board he proclaims that he "didn't see the incident clearly" and then you have a hung jury.
at this point you could ask yourself if you or the fun-box is to blame for this break? so you decide to take the fun-box to court for suffering and losses...
think I had way to much fun with this one, good q
