Isn't it my right as a business owner to decide what deadly fumes I contain in my business? If people don't want to be exposed to them, they can go somewhere else. But the government shouldn't be allowed to make it illegal for me to fill MY business with pesticide if I choose to.

When I became an Iamerican citizen I swore allegiance to USA and denounced my ties as citizen to all other nations. Many American citi zens some of them naturalized here were previous Israeli citizens and went to Israel to fight the latest Lebanon War. The media announced their going to war for Israel with pride. If I or any other US citizen would have gone to fight for Lebanon would it also have been OK .?

My pastor asked me to proofread a manuscript for him. He told me once I am done to invoice him. However, I feel ackward charging or taking money from my pastor. A part of me is saying just consider it as a favor to a fellow church member. What would you recommend?

We own a lawn maintenance company. Our employee, while using a weedeater, broke a window at a client's house. He hit a rock, and the rock hit the window. It was an accident.
Who is financially responsible? We the owners, or our employee?
Should the employee be responsible for the entire bill, or only part of it?

I think it is utter rubbish to have had arrested and charged the man for attempted rape and it was not a real person on the other hand.
The detective encouraged the man by playing along and enticing him further... no real parent would have done that and in a real case both the parent and the man would hve been held accountble and would be facing charges.
Chances are that this man would have never had the opportunity to do that but here came this fictitious woman who made this possible....
this case is not real so counsel the man and send himon his merry way and stop embarrassing him and his children on TV...
it was not real and if it were real both he and the prent woudl be in trouble.

a freind of mine who works ina church has had a problem with the assistant pastor touchy feeling type of man and shes told him over and over again i dont feel comfortable with this but con tinues to do the same thing.. she made a complaint to the pastor and he sided with the asstitant pastor.... is there anything she can do beside quit her job?.. if you have any info that would be of help i would appreciate it

Serious answers Only Please ** I got this 100.00 ticket last night for using the phone while driving - the Cop said to plead not giulty and go to court and show the receipt for a head set - I bought a head set last night and I sent in the ticket not guilty - will this go to my insurance and will they increase my insurance for this - is it a moving violation ?

In the dog saga two of the defendants will be sentenced, one on Sept. 30 and the other on Dec 14 Today is Aug 17, why should it take so long for a judge to decide, I feel you just look in the book for the answer. No wonder the courts are so clogged with untried cases.

That's my security deposit. He told me that he would give it to me on the first of the month. I called him and he said he didn't have it, he's waiting on a check to clear. So I gave him benefit of the doubt. It's been over 2 weeks now and I'm trying to call him but I get no answer. What actions could I take to get my money back or how much longer should I give him?

My neighbors pitbull attacked my wife 3 months ago (6 days after we moved into our new house) and I hired a lawyer and all. The dog also attacked another dog 4 months ago. But the guy did not respond to any letters and now the owners of the other dog are going to foreclose on his house.

I do not know how to feel. The dog is still in the house and he lives right behind me. He is an idiot for not responding. But I am feeling a little guilty today. He will loose his house.

My lawyer said do not talk to him. But i just do not know what to do? He is 50 and has grandkids at his house all the time. I just do not know if I should be upset about this.

I am victim of a fradulent note. For the enforcement proceding to sieze my assets the papers filed in order to have my house were served and accepted by two different public offices on a Sunday. Could that be grounds to contest the legality of the papers, abuse of process, and/or possiable grounds to request that an inquire into conspericy be undertaken to investigate why public officials worked on a public holiday in public office and accepted a petition for public action?

I was wondering what the laws are in regards to using a pseudonym when selling/commissioning artwork. Do you have to register somewhere so you can be paid properly, such as checks being made out to the pseudonym--how do you deposit them in your real name, do you have to somehow get your pseudonym linked to your real name for social security purposes, etc.

I'm looking into opening a small tattoo design commission and fantasy artwork site just to make a few extra bucks off of my hobby. Any information or links as to the legality would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Every country has got the hard core criminals and they struggle a lot to give them punishment. Espcially the murdrers , every country has got its own rules . Is it okay to give them sentences like HANG BY DEATH, ELECTRIC SHOCK,MERCY KILLING, or Life Long Imprisionment? What do you suggest?
