Most defintely. Chapman thinks he still has a chance of getting out. I'd like to see him try and get out alive.

Depends I guess on the laws. First degree murder where I live can only carry two sentences. Life without parole, and that is just what it means, or the death penalty.

The average prison sentence for murder in the US is now at 16 yrs.
