I do not believe that he did anything wrong because he was in a stall, and someone else was in another stall. I do believe people go out of their way to set up certain politicians for personal or party gain. Why did the officer not allow him to advance sexually to the point where it was an obvious inappropriate sexual contact? He did not touch or ask for sex. Also, why would an officer go into a stall in a restroom? Why not stand and act as if he is using the urinal? After all, he wanted to catch men cruising in the restroom, right? It simply does not add up for me. Everyone wants this man to be caught in a homosexual act, especially the gay community. The democrats are also looking for an escape goat. Always remember, the last four letter in the word d e m o c r a t s is "rats." If you changed the "c" to a "n", it spells demon. This is exactly what they are acting like. I am an independent, but this is going too far. Hillary day is coming, and it will be JUICY!!

One set of laws for the elite class i.e. politicians, bureaucrats, industrialists, film stars,et al and one for the common man. The elite class should be given diplomatic immunity against all kinds of crimes, corruption etc. whereas common man should be brought into the ambit of severe state laws. This will at least ensure that hypocricy in our legal system can be ended and country can save a lot of time and money that is invested in fraud judicial trials of the elite classes who are drunk on money and power. This way we can be sure that the common man has to bear the brunt of the corruption and crimes of the elite classes and we can be well aware of our disadvantage in the corrupt social system that we have created in India.

I sold a $500 guitar on eBay, and the winning bidder won't pay. They don't communicate at all. I can file an unpaid item dispute, but I want to finish the transaction, not be reimbursed for the measly 10 dollars it cost to list. It took me a long time to sell that guitar, and I want my money. Isn't clicking "Bid" a legally binding contract??? I don't want to relist. I want to squeeze $500 out of this person so I can get rid of the damn guitar!!!

A roommate from a previous address called, said someone called and asked if I will be appearing or sending an attorney. They didn't say what court, time, room, judge, etc., nor what company/creditor they represent.

I have not received any kind of summons that I know of.

I live in Los Angeles; the caller was in the 714 area code. Will the suit be heard in my area or theirs? What court would be in the 714 area code?

Thank you for any assistance.

"This is the only notice you will receive from us. Any future notices will be through the Massachusetts Trial Court system and through visits by law enforcement to determine if you are a stable individual."

This guy wanted to hire me for web design. His attitude was he knew it all, treated me like I was nothing and so on. I finally had it and told him to take his job and shove it and he's the biggest asshole I ever spoken with. Now he writes me this letter with the above in quotes. Even says if I contact him again, he'll file felony charges against me. As I am going to contact him again. Not a chance! He says he gave me business advice over the phone. This guy might sue for me the advice? We never signed an agreement. Says he taped our conversation tonight after we had talked- no that will be thrown out of court. This guy is a real nut.

My girlfriend was harrassed by the Dunkin Donuts employees as she walked out of the store after buying a soda. The employees found her to be cute(cant blame them) and they followed her in a car for 3 blocks. She told them to back off but they kept asking her to get in the car. It got to the point where she was crying. I was, needless to say, furious. I went there and screamed at them(I did not hit them though they deserved it). I asked to speak to the manager who was not around. I came back later with my friends to complain. They called the cops on us. The employees said I had a weapon. The cops searched me and found nothing. The cops let us go with a warning never to come back(I DID NOTHING WRONG). They followed me home, which was three blocks away. I knew they were following me and I drove extremely carefully. They pulled me over probably to just check the inside of my vehicle. The officer gave me six tickets, all of them lies! Was I wrong for defending my gf?

Before moving overseas for two years, I left the dresser with her and specifically told her NOT to put perfume bottles, hot liquids or anything else on top, or otherwise use coasters and/or cover the entire surface with something to prevent scratches or watermarks like this.

But she didn't do this, and this is exactly what I was afraid of happening...

Now there's an ugly, 3-inch diameter crescent-shaped watermark. It's very conspicuous, right in the middle of the top of the dresser--my beautiful oak furniture is ruined.

Shouldn't she pay me for it without there having to be a nasty family suit? I know that if I demand her to compensate me, she'll refuse.

She's just a selfish, irresponsible person and has always been mistreating my personal property like this...I feel a day in small claims court would be a good way to teach her a lesson in responsibility.
