Yes, Farzana, this is one of the danger of being a lawyer per se, since some of your client that would be convicted, will retaliate with the verdict they got, you as their lawyer would be one of them and perhaps the judge that rule it.

Since you are a woman, and pretty as that, I suggest you take up rather being a doctor. Since your ardent desire is to help people, being a doctor is also one of the reason why, since you will help thousand if not million of people in this crusade of being a medical doctor.

But in any case, which ever profession you take between these 3 category you will choose, in life people will always want to kill us regardless of what we do for a living.

There are dangers in any kind of work, whether it consists of working in a supermarket, being a school teacher, policeman, firefighter, engineer, doctor, or social worker.

The instances of people killing or assaulting lawyers are rare, but they do happen. Some areas of the law tend to be more highly emotionally-charged than others. I know of a domestic relations [divorce and family law] who would have been assaulted if it had not been for a sheriff's deputy who was in the room. There was also an instance in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in the 1950's where a man going through divorce proceedings killed his estranged wife and her attorney at the Cumberland County Courthouse.

I know of a county social worker who was assaulted by a female client who broke two of her fingers and tore some ligaments. Social workers are people who are paid to be nice all the time and help people. If somebody assaults a social worker, they could assault anybody else.

We have better courthouse security nowadays, and there are security people checking everybody as they enter the courthouse. Security measures are basically like they would be if you were a passenger preparing to take an airline flight with metal detectors and x-raying of briefcases.

My point is that there are risks of random violence in almost any occupation you may choose. It is violence not necessarily from clients, customers, or even the general public. In any career, you face the danger of a co-worker "going postal" and taking his rage out on anybody who happens to be at the office.

RECOMMENDATION: find the job you would love to have and do it. There is no greater happiness than having a job that you love. It is worth any kind of risk.

being a lawyer is not the most dangerous job out there, but it is a dog eat dog world.there will a couple important toes that you step on and you might become a bad looser.it might also be on your conscience that the person you are working for is actually the one who committed the crime.out of all the jobs that you want to choose the best one is a doctor. you will still get to satisfy your love for helping people and not have vengeful lawyers, criminals and others on your case.

I really don't think being a lawyer is dangerous (definitely not as much as they guy who sets the dynamite charges at the quarrey).
Very rarely one gets assaulted or killed by a crazy client, but I think that it's no more than any other profession where you may meet wackos.
